Arthur learnt
the Tenor Horn in the Salvation Army… at the age of 49. A great example

Eb Bass
|
Paul started
playing cornet at the age of 11. He admits that lack of practicing meant
he didn't progress very fast and he left the band in 1979. When his eldest
daughter started playing cornet, he decided to give it a try again and rejoined
the band 12 years ago on 2nd horn. Having moved through 1st to Solo Horn
he took up the challenge of Eb Bass two years ago and promises that he
does practice now… just ask his neighbours! |
